As December Falls have returned in full-force. Ahead of their Australian debut headline tour next month, the chart-topping Nottingham pop-punk gang have announced a brand new album alongside the release of today’s visceral track “Therapy”.

“Everything’s On Fire But I’m Fine”  is set to arrive through As December Falls’ own release arm, ADF Records via Virgin Records, on 8th August. The fourth full-length from As December Falls is a 14-track extravaganza and will feature “Angry Cry” as well as “Therapy”.

Speaking on the album announcement, vocalist Bethany Hunter says: “Most bands don’t make it to their fourth album. Let alone without a label, management or the usual machinery needed to make records happen. So the fact that I’m able to say our new album ‘Everything’s On Fire But I’m Fine’ is coming on the 8th August 2025 isn’t only a miracle in itself, but a testament to every single Faller out there that made this happen.”

“After the chart-topping success of Join The Club, we were able to spend more time in the studio than we’ve ever spent. We dedicated full days to writing, arranging and adding the craziest sounds we could until we had 14 tracks of perfectly crafted mayhem. We always knew we wanted to work with Alex again since the last album was an absolute pleasure but being able to recruit Sam Guaiana and Mike Kalajian into the fold was the cherry on top.”

“The result is probably our most daring effort, exploring sounds way beyond the early pop punk days. From piano tracks to pop bangers to songs lifted straight from the Undercity in Arcane. There’s something in this record for everyone – fans that have been with us since day one and the new Fallers discovering us every day.”

“It feels like every record has been building to this point and I’m so excited for this new album to take the world by storm.”

Produced by Alex Copp, mixed by Sam Guaiana and mastered by Mike Kalajian, “Therapy” is an explosive offering right from the get-go. The first verse is more like a lit fuse, as Bethany Hunter’s vocals burn inexorably into a burst of raw energy and deliverance. Strong melodic riffs and heavy percussion lead into a cathartic breakdown – an emerging hallmark of As December Falls’ signature sound.

The new track emerged from countless heartfelt stories shared with Bethany during the band’s 27-date headline tour following the release of “Join The Club”. Many described listening to the band, and specifically Bethany’s raw and unfiltered lyrics, as feeling like a therapy session. There’s no doubt “Therapy” bridges the gap between As December Falls and their dedicated listeners; it  transforms shared vulnerability into a healing experience.

As December Falls are set to make their Australian debut with three highly-anticipated headline shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in February this year. Full tour details below.
